Event log: your data
PRIVACY LOG · 3D SERVIÇOS EMPRESARIAIS LTDA
LEGAL BASIS: BRAZILIAN LAW NO. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) · NOVEMBER 2026 VERSION
EV-01Who signs this log
The data controller is 3D Serviços Empresariais LTDA, trading as 3D Alarmes Monitoramento e Rastreamento, CNPJ 13.684.457/0001-04, registered at Av. Constantinopla, 11, Conj. Campos Elíseos, Quadra 30, Sala B, Planalto, Manaus, AM, CEP 69045-000, Brazil.
It is the company that decides what happens to the information passing through this site and through the contact channels tied to it.
EV-02Signals that reach the desk
We receive only what you choose to send, plus what any web server notes simply to work:
- name, district, area of interest and description, when you use the form or write to the inbox;
- your phone number, when the conversation happens over a call;
- the originating IP, the exact moment of the visit and the browser's self-description, jotted down by the hosting provider.
We never ask here for identity papers, health details, religion or any other sensitive information.
EV-03Why each signal is kept
What you tell us is used to reply, book the site check and draw up a quote, resting on the steps before a contract that you yourself set in motion. The server's technical notes stay because without them it can neither keep upright nor shrug off abuse; the basis here is legitimate interest.
None of it is used to build a shopping profile or to send you marketing you did not ask for.
EV-04Other hands on the panel
Data is never sold or rented out. It may pass to third parties only where the task calls for it:
- the company hosting the site and the mail service that delivers your message;
- the accounting firm, if a job turns into an invoice;
- a public body holding an order from the law or from a judge.
EV-05Cookies and browser traces
This site is built from HTML and styling alone, with no script of its own and no advertising cookie. The lettering you see comes from Google Fonts, and that service can see the IP of whoever opens the page, as with any address leaning on it.
EV-06How long an entry stays in the history
Messages from people who never went on to hire us are deleted once the matter closes, and never kept past one year. Where work was carried out, we keep what tax and consumer rules oblige us to keep, for as long as they say. Access records follow the period set by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework.
EV-07Commands you can key in
On the data subject's side, one message is enough to trigger any of these commands:
- [1] check: whether a record of yours exists here, plus a copy of it;
- [2] correct: data that is wrong, half-filled or expired;
- [3] disconnect: anonymise, freeze or wipe the surplus;
- [4] transfer it to another provider, list who received it and disarm an old consent.
Expect the answer inside 15 business days, counted from when your request lands in the inbox named under EV-10.
EV-08Locks on our side
Only the people handling requests can open the messages, accounts use individual passwords, and the site travels over an encrypted connection. A perfect lock does not exist: if a security lapse could harm you, you will hear about it, and so will the competent authority.
EV-09Exits from the site and new versions of this log
Outbound links lead to other people's sites, which follow their own terms and sit outside our responsibility. This log may be revised; what applies is whatever is posted here on the date of your visit, and the green strip at the top carries the month of the latest change.
EV-10Data protection officer and where to turn
Our data protection officer answers at contato@walkbeforework.com. Should doubt linger after the reply, the case can go up to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
